Payment Options:

12 payments of $4 for a total of $48 (your card will be charged $4 every month for 12 consecutive months).

* Once you're a Muscle Geek, you're a Muscle Geek for 12 months. You cannot opt out of your contract for any reason, or we have the right to charge the entire remaining balance at any point without notice.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS, whichever carrier saves you the most money. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.

  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • We do not offer next day, 2 day, or 3 day select.

All of our shipping discounts are passed on to you. We do not mark up our shipping charges.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery time is between 4-10 days, depending on destination and product availability.

Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Refunds

All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

There are no refunds on opened products.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product re-shipment.

We do not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer website, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products.

Questions

Why are only a limited amount of options available? For simplicity’s sake. By only offering 3 methods of payment, limited shipping options, and an extremely straightforward return policy, we alleviate any complexities that may arise. If we can keep it simple, we can keep our overhead low, which in turn results in saving you money.

The more policies and options we have, the more unnecessary work we’ll have, which increases our need for employees. In the end, our expenses increase which will result in higher prices. Simplicity allows us to maintain the $1.99 over cost charge, while keeping our commitment to customer service. If we feel we’ll need to broaden our options, we’ll do it. However, we must always ask ourselves this question: Will this save our members money?
