We value community over commodity. We know that our success depends on our members, not on us. Why depend on a handful of people to solve problems and make decisions, when we have access to an entire community of members and ideas? Why pay for a board of advisors, when our greatest resource is free? You just don’t buy supplements from us. You help us create the company that we strive to be.

People buy from people they like. We wouldn’t buy shoes from a car salesmen or cars from a shoe salesmen. We don’t expect you to either. We know supplements. We’ve bought supplements. Most importantly, we’ve used supplements. We may not have every answer, but we have a lot of them. And if we don’t? We know another Muscle Geek will. That’s the beauty of a community. One member’s weakness is another member’s strength.

We don’t hide anything. Our prices, our discounts, and even our invoices are available to any and every Muscle Geek 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have a strict open door policy. WE BELIEVE...The recession has taught us one thing: the traditional business model is not the most successful.
We don’t believe in hierarchies. We don’t have bosses or CEOs. We don’t even have customers. We have members. Some of our members are leaders, while other members are followers. In the end, no member is more important than the community in its entirety. I pay the exact same price (minus $1) that every other Muscle Geek pays. If I leave tomorrow, I have no doubt that Muscle Geeks will still flourish. Why? Because Muscle Geeks’ strength resides in its community, not me.

In the end, our primary objective is to save our members the most amount of money possible. Every decision that is made must achieve that objective. If it doesn’t save you money directly or indirectly, then it’s not a viable solution.
Muscle Geeks was built on efficiency. We don’t have the bells and whistles like other websites and companies. We have a simple website, a simple store, and a simple warehouse. We also have a simple contract, a simple price scheme, and simple shipping policies. It’s that simple.
